We are hiring for a Project Coordinator - Commercial Interior Fitouts in PMC ( Female preferred)

Base Location : Bengaluru

Working days : Mon to Fri and Alt Sat which are half days

Female preferred

- Must have very good communication.

- Must have worked on interior fit out projects

CTC - Negotiable for the right candidate

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for coordination with the different stakeholders such as Clients, Designers, Consultants, Vendors, Procurement etc.

- To develop and maintain project control mechanism

- Pan India Projects monitoring, tracking and reporting

- Tracking to ensure smooth functioning of commercial fit out projects.

- Knowledge in project management processes, documentation, vendor management, communication.

- Proficiency in project management tools/ software

Skills and Qualification Required:

- 1-5 years; experience in reputed Project Management Consultancy, as project coordinator for large scale commercial interior fit out projects.

- PG in Construction Project Management

- Interior Fit out - Commercial Projects (MUST)
