- Business Controller for a 500+ cr business into manufacturing & engineering
- Overall responsibility for all Controlling related activities and reporting for the commercial activities in a Legal Entity
- Experience of business & project controlling in a MNC setup is mandatory

Description
Reporting directly to the global business controller based out of geneva you will be responsible to,
- Support Business Partners by delivering comprehensive, complete and timely financial information for the purpose of business management and decision making
- Provide financial tools, monitor and control capital expenditure spend
- Support Business Partners in cost reduction / process improvement initiatives
- Manage and empower direct reports to manage the day-to-day aspects of the processes
- Enforce internal controls that adhere to corporate policies and guidelines as well as local laws
- Deliver effective, timely communication on all relevant issues to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and manage continuous improvement initiatives for the Controlling function
- Support Business Partners in review and analysis of financial impact of strategic initiatives and investment opportunities
- Assess financial contracts / tender orders from a cost and risk perspective
- Ensure adherence to cost calculation standards
Profile
You are a qualified Chartered accountant with 15+ years of experience in manufacturing MNC and have
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent commercial awareness and deep business understanding
- Very strong problem solving and organizational skills and proven ability to prioritize responsibilities and processes
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple improvement initiatives at once, very good project management skills
- Ability to manage teams in a high performance organization with demonstrated ability to support a variety of business areas
- Highly developed skills in internal financial reporting, application of accounting principles, financial decision making and internal control
- Pro-active and self-motivated mindset
