Leading Global Tyre Manufacturer Requires Project Controller ( CA)- Gurgaon

One of our client a leading US $ 2.34 billion Tyre Manufacturer with Global presence in over 18 countries including india & have strong presence in Middle east market/ Europe / North Africa including Dubai/ Qatar/North African .

The Company aims to build strong presence in most of the major markets of the Regions & across geographies. While Dubai was set-up as the hub for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region two years back, the tyres for these markets are imported from both India and Europe. In the passenger vehicle tyre category, It would be capitalising on the increasing automobile sales, rising per capita income and implementation of strict rules for quality tyres .

We are looking for Project Controller( CA) for Corporate headquarter in Gurgaon.

Job Title- Project Controller

Responsibilities:

- Manage the financial oversight of any significant capex projects for the organization

- Regular reports/ financial statements for top management on the operations of projects;

- Provide financial guidance to ensure financial situations are aligned to the core project team, which includes status updates during matrix meetings;

- Analyze cost drivers and monthly performance of project compared to forecast and budget;

- Consolidate quarterly forecasting for cashflow management for Plant Investments;

- Prepare annual project budgets and monthly project forecasts;

- Partner with multiple functions in preparation for the project's estimate-to-complete;

- Work with Project team on the estimate-to-complete for ensuring risk and opportunities are managed to optimize the project financial targets;

- Recommend opportunities for process improvement and simplification;

- Post completion audits of key growth projects/ capexes

- Any other controller duties as needed and defined by Top Management

Requirements:

- Degree in accounting is preferred with 5-7 years- experience in manufacturing, engineering or project environment, SAP system and costing

- Able to operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams;

- Possess strong organizational and prioritization skills;

- Demonstrates critical attention to detail and deadlines, and are self-motivated;

- Possess the ability to adapt well to change in direction and priorities in a project and deadline-oriented environment;

- Good verbal and communication skills in English

- Knowledge in MS Office applications, particularly in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint.
