Project Management and Change Management

- Certified Black belt in Lean Six sigma

Promote a culture of efficiency through:

a. Identification of areas of opportunity by that contributes to efficiency and client focus/centricity across GSC and within the perimeter. Contribute to productivity and innovation initiatives in the BL.

b. Support strategic and business line objectives by providing guidance, mentoring and execution support on projects requiring various methodologies to execute Eg lean six sigma, frugal, BPM, Kaizen, Liveflow, etc.

c. Manage to lean six sigma, frugal, BPM, Kaizen, Liveflow trainings & certifications

d. Support the group on external consulting assignments involving training, execution & mentoring on the SG efficiency methodologies of lean six sigma, frugal, BPM, Kaizen, Liveflow training & certifications

- Ability to handle complex projects independently

- Ensure all the projects are meeting the requirements by the client and the requirements are clearly defined

- Ensure the projects are concluded by meeting all deliverables, within stipulated timelines, through proper execution, governance and monitoring

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
