Project Analyst +EA (Industry 4.0, PMO2.0,Dashboard, PMO) (Mandatory - Female) (Mumbai)

With one of the conglomerate companies EA to VP Group Project

- We are looking for MBA graduates from premier MBA colleges for this role and (Mandatory B.E/B.Tech full time)

Project Analyst Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement project data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality within projects

- Collaborate with other corporate functions and businesses to work on new innovation and collaboration projects

- Identify improvement ideas in existing processes and methodologies which enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of the team

- Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization and manages a variety of special projects (Digital Project Mgmt., Industry 4.0, Synergy, etc.), some of which may have organizational impact

- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Group projects office and internal senior management, other functions & businesses; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff

- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, creating dashboards and other tasks that facilitate the function.

- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response

Requirements :

- Technical expertise regarding data models, project database development, data mining and statistical quality control

- Preferred knowledge of Digital Project Management techniques, PM 2.0, Industry 4.0, etc

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of project information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Adept at queries, project report writing and presenting findings in a very effective way

- Engineer + MBA with 5-7 years experience in a similar role with relevant information of Business, Economics & Information Management

- Experience of working in a portfolio or Projects program management office with good communication

- Exposure to evaluation and engagement with start-ups is preferred
