Overall experience of 7+ years, with following skills:
- Business analysis experience, CDD/AML/KYC, requirement gathering, good communications, stakeholder management, ability to understand technology and technical issues, good team player
- Knowledge and experience in Project lifecycle management, business requirement analysis & Change Delivery - CDD/AML/KYC domain is preferred
- Knowledge & experience of P3M Methodology, Agile Ways of Working, Design & Delivery methods & tools.
- Candidate needs to fulfil following activities, but not limiting to:
- Supports the analysis of complex cross franchise and pan group requirements
- Capture, validate and document business and system requirements and make sure that they are in line with key strategic principles and translated from business operations, business objectives or from external requirements
