Project Accounts Role - Real Estate (Ozone Group)

Responsibilities as project accounts:

1. Support Project Funding and Debt coordination including Loan Disbursement.

2. Manage Working Capital

3. Update Financial Modelling and provide analysis including Project IRR

4. Manage Financial Due Diligence as required by Banks from time to time.

5. Manage Project Funding MIS and dashboards including Loan Approvals and Compliances as required from SPVs.

6. Plan and complete Audit Norms as required.

-Having working knowledge of banking related documents compliance for loans, funds and finance management

-Good stakeholder Management

-3-8yrs experience in a similar profile dealing with banks with MBA-Finance background would be added advantage
