JOB DESCRIPTION (CA Compulsory) :
- Project Accounts and MIS: manage the financial services for projects.
- Project monitoring and data collection to determine if a project is progressing according to budget.
- Overseeing regulatory compliance issues.
- Ensuring compliances of Concession agreement.
- RAB Reconciliation Capitalization of Project expenditure.
- Asset verification monitoring Review of Project expenses NFA
- Depreciation accounting.
- Compliance of DOA and Fixed assets policy.
KRA :
Governance and Assurance :
- FAM Operation Management
- Perform Risk assessment within operations and put preventive and mitigation controls for identified risks
- Drive Efficiency through Technologies RPA / Automation
- Implement continuous improvement ideas of to get the more output
Stakeholder Management :
- Drive FRM (Functional relationship Movement)
- BU. dashboards - interaction with BU for their requirements and decision support
- Timely reporting of Data to BU Timely closure of audit point (internal/ external)
People Management :
- Succession planning
- Capability building by nominating team member to training & seminars
KPI :
Governance and Assurance :
- 100% adherence to agreed SLAs:
- Nos of Risk identified & Mitigation Plan Implemented
- Handle two high impact projects & support in subsequent project
- Process corrections in existing processes & support TLs for their Project completion
Stakeholder Management :
- Interaction with Dept./function of Biz
- Delivering Adhoc requirement / data as per their requirement.
- Least escalation from BU
- Time taken for closing audit report and nos of improvements done in process
People Management :
- No. of resources identified & trained for Critical Activities
- No. of training attended
