Project Accounting Manager - Real Estate - CA (6-10 yrs)
we are current looking for a Project accounting role with a real estate multinational organization
Role-Project Accounting
Designation- Manager
Education- CA only
Experience- 6 - 8 years
Location- Gurgaon
KRA's :
- Responsible for managing accounts payable/ accounts receivable routine.
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintaining historical records
- Paying employees by verifying expense reports
- Responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Continuing to improve the payment process
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date,
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail
- Prepare analytical and ratio analysis in relation to A/R for management to gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing
- Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting
- Managing AR/AP control and compliance
- Responsible for tracking issues , communication with stakeholder and get them resolve on time.
- Involve in external and internal audit
