Role: Project Accountant Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities: - Create Project Accounts GL in the accounting system i.e. SAP - Maintain Project-related records, including contracts and change orders - Review and approve supplier invoices related to a project and enter the same into SAP by MIRO - Review and approve overhead charges to be applied to a project - Review account totals related to project assets and expenses - Investigate project variances ( budget vs actual) and submit variance reports to management - Preparing reports related to unpaid contract billings - Report on project profitability to management - Respond to requests received from Vendors - Close out project accounts upon project completion - Compile information for internal and external auditors, as required Candidate Background: Full Time CA/ICWA Inter with at least 12+ years of relevant experience Should be willing to travel across Company locations
