We are looking for a Programming Head (TAMIL) to work with following skills sets;

Job Title: Programming Head (TAMIL)

Location: Madurai

Experience: 7-10 years

Must be fluent in English & Tamil

Role :

- Ideation on new on-air programs, promos, contests & game shows, programming led ground events, and new properties.

- Manage the sound-scape of the station through appropriate process and system interventions.

- Playlist Management & Packaging elements such as program promos, channel promos, program bumpers, sweepers, liners, etc.

- Supervising the creative and quality of Program Promos / Channel Promos and other packaging elements.

- Providing creative alternatives and innovative solutions that help generate and boost ad spend.

- Contributing to copywriting, selling, and production of commercials and thus aid revenue generation through creative assistance.

Other Requirements :

- Must be creative and possess a good understanding of the local markets.

- Exposure to handling creative teams is mandatory
