Programme Manager

Position: Programme Manager to MD (EA Role)

Job Location: Mumbai

Qualification: MBA from reputed institutions

Experience : 7 to 12 years in similar role, of which 4-5 years in real estate/construction industry.

Salary offered - Rs. 10 to 12 lakhs per annum.

Detailed Job description:

- Drafting of Management Message

- Follow-up on on-going task item

- Arrangement of Conference & Meeting

- Periodic interaction with the head of various department to review reports and projects.

- Organize administrative requirement with respects to the CEO’s day to day work.

- Liaison with all Business Heads, Senior Management and Senior Expats of the Group Offices

- Prepare management presentations in line with corporate guidelines templates and formats.

- Gathering business related information and data compilation as required by MD from time to time

- Responsible for preliminary data analysis, reports and presentations.

- Assisting the MD/CMD/CEO in preparing reports in Excel / Power Point Presentation

- Responsible for capturing the minutes of the meetings, update on the action points and follow up continuously until issues are closed

- Serve as a single point contact for liaison with other departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.

- Good in Team Building
