Programmatic Lead/Specialist Job Description : - Day-to-day operations of programmatic business - Creating/Setting-up and optimizing the campaigns on various programmatic platforms - Responsible for Media Planning and Reporting of Programmatic campaigns - Should have deep understanding of Programmatic and ad serving platforms Responsible for integrations between programmatic platforms and ad serving systems - Responsible for increasing the agency revenue for the programmatic business - Stay up to date on the evolving programmatic marketplace; would be responsible to work on programmatic strategy piece and streamline the process - Manage, mentor and train programmatic ad operations team on best practices and latest innovations - Experience in handling Native campaigns is an added advantage - Required Skills Customer support mindset (collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver on programmatic campaigns. - Best in class customer services in handling constantly shifting priorities to maximize operational effectiveness of ad revenues and tight deadlines - Data driven decision making analysis utilizing excel (understanding and reporting ad performance/delivery) - Passion for digital marketing and solving challenges Hungry to perform with persistence to deliver multi-tasking - Utilizes data in making decisions analytical skills on multiple data points and precise attention to detail - Always solving problem strong aptitude to find solutions; forecast and anticipate outcomes - Connect &amp; resolve excellent communication skills with ability to understand needs and translate into action - Recommended 3-6 years of experience in programmatic advertising - Passion for programmatic marketplace and ecosystem - At least 1 year of experience working with DSPs, SSPs and other publisher-side programmatic platforms - Ability to balance workloads from multiple stakeholders
