Program Specialist - Organization Development & Culture - IT/ITeS (5-9 yrs)

Role Overview:

The Organizational Development and Culture Transformation Specialist will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive strategies that drive both culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives. With a focus on diagnosing systemic challenges and creating targeted interventions, this role requires an expert in both theory and practice, capable of making a tangible impact on our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth diagnostics of organizational challenges and opportunities, utilizing data-driven insights to inform interventions.

- Design and deploy systemic interventions that address organizational culture, structure, and processes to facilitate lasting transformation.

- Lead culture transformation initiatives, partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies, incorporating models, surveys, data analysis, and organizational initiatives.

- Design, deploy, and analyze employee engagement surveys, utilizing results to inform actionable recommendations.

- Manage the execution of engagement initiatives, monitoring progress and adapting strategies as needed.

- Conduct ongoing dipsticks to gauge the effectiveness of interventions and make real-time adjustments.

- Serve as a subject matter expert in organizational development and employee engagement, providing guidance and mentorship to teams.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, infusing innovative approaches into our culture and engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience as an internal or external Organizational Development practitioner, involving diagnosis, design, and deployment of systemic interventions.

- Proven track record of successfully leading culture transformation initiatives within complex organizations.

- In-depth knowledge of employee engagement models, survey design, deployment, and data analysis.

- Strong proficiency in utilizing data to drive actionable insights and strategies.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and levels.

- Demonstrated ability to design and execute targeted interventions that address systemic challenges.

- Excellent project management skills, ensuring the successful execution of engagement initiatives.

- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach to achieving organizational impact.
