The role will manage the execution and delivery of the projects in the Global Business Solutions (GBS) locations including but not limited to a transition of new and expansion of work, location-specific projects that may translate to Business Process Innovation (BPI) &amp; Transformation. The role will follow the standard Project Management &amp; BPI methodology and framework. RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management: - Key member in Project management function and BPI function across ADP India - Leading the solution design by scoping, assessing through due diligence of the business strategies and translate these into a solution to be implemented after to determining readiness of new or expansion of work for GBS - Provide overall direction to project teams and management of communications, activities throughout the project life-cycle (Initiation, Planning, Executing/Controlling and Closing) - Create a business impact in measurable metrics in consultation and agreement with the business unit partners - Engage and interface with Sr. Leader of GBS PMO and Sr. Leaders of the GBS Locations, Internal Project Teams across all locations and the GBS Business Solutions team to establish &amp; align on strategic goals and approach for Projects or Programs - Develop project plan and lead the execution activities to drive the completion of the project - Create value add to stakeholders independently by leveraging experience in Project Management with exceptional communication skills and past client management experience - Perform regular monitoring against plan, analyze, report and develop recommended action where there is deviation from the plan - Develop and manage knowledge for use and reference of stakeholders and project team - Manage Project Sponsor and Project Leaders on expectations throughout the duration of the project - Obtain buy-in from stakeholders and critical issues to ensure final project performance meets or exceed success measures - Facilitates, execute and manages the GBS and special projects - Manage all special projects end-to-end with ADP India including assessment, feasibility, anchoring, and overseeing - Leverage relationships and collaborate on an ongoing basis with other functional areas like Operations, Training and Quality - Chair and facilitate project status to ensure all issues are addressed during meetings and uses it as a platform to discuss project progress, engages with the project sponsor on decision-making and project team to address issue resolution - Lead and report on key performance indicators of improvement projects, special and GBS projects Business Process Innovation: - Facilitate, execute and manage Lean projects - Actively identify and take ownership of process improvement and automation opportunities utilizing proven process improvement techniques such as Lean Management, Six Sigma and Business Process Management Systems - Proactively monitor business performance / operating results against plans and objectives, taking adequate steps to correct shortfalls in performance through BPI initiatives - Provide project management support on BPI &amp; transformation projects using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) framework - Collaborate with Senior Leadership on process improvement strategies &amp; projects, process efficiency and waste analysis Bring an outside-in perspective : - Collaborate with Senior Leadership on process improvement strategies &amp; projects, process efficiency and waste analysis - Train and mentor teams to drive improvement initiatives across selected cross functional teams - Identify best practices and implement across all ADP India sites to achieve quick deployment of ideas and standardization - Communicate strategic importance of projects and support in the creation of business cases to gain funding and buy-in from key constituents and to ensure the success of initiatives - Oversee a central repository for ideas to drive continuous improvement and linked it to KRA and rewards, thereby generating continuous annual savings - Ensure all improvements are documented, sustained and adhered by all stakeholders - Demonstrable expertise in BPI and significant experience in leading small and large scale BPI initiatives - Appreciation of impact of technology on services with view on services/product collaboration - A competent professional with abilities to anticipate, recognize and respond to future growth by innovative problem solving &amp; root-cause analysis - Has industry, functional and technical knowledge. Desired Candidate Profile : - Bachelors Degree/Master's required in Engineering or related field (Commerce, business, Finance) - 12+ years of experience with 4 - 5 years in driving BPI Projects experience in an International MNC BPO and currently working as a Project / Program Manager BPI. - A Strong Program and Portfolio Management experience - Negotiation and leadership skills - Excellent planning and organizational skills. - Is a highly effective communicator - Collaborates across groups and businesses - Drives and manages change per the needs of the business environment. - Understanding of standard project Management methodology process design, implementation and project execution and closure - Excellent presentation in both oral and written skills are required. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and multiple relationships simultaneously - Proven ability to effectively direct and lead an operation in attaining cost avoidance, client satisfaction, and associate engagement and retention goals. - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a Matrix structure - Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team - Capable to build and engage with Executive and Senior Leaders from different functions - Excellent written, oral and presentation communication and stakeholder engagement of virtual teams - Good understanding of functional team processes - Flexibility to work in UK shift
