Program Manager - Wiring Harness (12-20 yrs)
Years of experience: 12 - 20
Requisites:
- 12-18 years of overall industry experience
- 10-14 years of relevant experience in Wiring Harness Design & Development
- Understanding of functioning of various control systems, ECUs, Electrical - Electronic functions inside the Passenger cars.
- Experience in Wiring Harness design, Schematics, Circuits, Connectors, electrification, DMU, packaging, and related Engineering requirements.
- Experience in Team management, Competence Development
- Understanding of Global Working Models, Stakeholder Management
- Understanding of Product development process & Project timelines
- Experience in engineering Supplier governance.
- Strong inter-personal skills to work effectively with Suppliers & cross functional teams across the globe.
- Strong in Decision-making.
- Awareness of future technological advancement in Wiring Harness development such as Battery, High Voltage will be an added advantage.
- German language skills & global project experience is an added advantage
- Experience of working on MB norms, standards & processes will be an added advantage
- Awareness of PLM systems.
