Program Manager - US Taxation - KPO - CPA/CA

Skills required :

- CPA / CA Qualified MUST

- US TAX preparation and review experience, tax planning and advisory with at least 10+ years experience

- Prior experience in a similar capacity desirable

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience working with large teams 

Role:

- Providing strong, dynamic leadership to confirm deliverable against the scope of work

- Ensure execution of SLA with a high-quality execution program

- Monitoring progress vis-A-vis objectives and adhering to the Best Practices

- Build, develop and maintain highly collaborative and effective working model for the team

- Develop and maintain effective organization of responsibility, including efficient recruiting, training, coaching, recognition, workflow patterns, performance standards, staffing levels and supervision

- Creating a continuity program and managing capacity to deliver

- Operational metrics preparation and presentation to the board.
