Program Manager - Transportation Networking Firm - IIM/IIT/ISB/NIT

About the Company :

On a hyperscale journey, having grown at a 15x in the past few months, the company is India's largest scooter-sharing platform. They are providing the cheapest option for short distance commute. The company is backed by some of India's marquee investors and have raised $100m in December 2018. The founding team is alumni of IIM Ahmedabad, ESSEC Paris and IIT Bombay with deep experience across business strategy, operations, and technology at consumer internet giants like Flipkart, Lazada and Amazon.

About the Role :

The role requires coordination and building alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders. They are looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record to own and execute strategic, cross-functional projects as well as partner with other teams to drive key mission critical innovation programs. You will be responsible for detailed planning and execution of the new initiatives and will be required to scale and lead a team as these initiatives gain traction.

What you will do :

- Interface with various teams to setup and manage processes related to the launch and operations of new initiatives and other organisational priorities.

- End-to-end tactical planning & process execution including but not limited to creating plans and strategy for execution, ensuring operational rigor and designing high business impact processes.

- Set up scalable processes and create templates to provide information in an automated/structured fashion.

- Manage and influence at a high level and at the same time is able to dive deep and be completely hands-on when required.

Requisite skill set :

- Minimum 3 years of program management experience at a high-growth start-up.

- MBA from a top business school preferred.

- An ability to quickly understand and solve new problems; excellent data interpretation.

- Negotiation and conflict management; Strong interpersonal skills.

- Context-switching.

- Proven leadership, supervisory and project management skills.
