Objective: Simplify seller experience and enable them to grow their business.
Responsibilities:
- Build strategy and develop an operational process for charter
- Work with broad array of internal stakeholders, including business, operations and logistics, to establish clear process and requirement
- Identify and drive trials with third party products, shortlist them basis data, statistics, and consumer trends with best seller experience
- Conduct due diligence on the shortlisted products
- Partner with shortlisted products and negotiate the exclusive price for sellers
- Ownership of end to end goals on program management including Seller adaption, Seller Retention, KPIs, GMV, reporting and communication on program performance
- Proactively work on risk mitigation
- Be the expert on best practices and move towards long-term vision of sustainable and thriving data processes
Requirements:
- Self starter
- MBA from Tier-I Institute with around 2-4 years of experience
- Experience in conceptualizing, implementing product flows and end to end program management
- A proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Strong Cross-Functional Team abilities
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
