- Diagnose & Design Talent management & Leadership Development Solutions to meet the Organizations need
- Work extensively with the business to understand their need. Involve key stakeholders from the business in the design of Talent Management solutions to ensure buy in and accountability on execution.
- Deploy and institutionalize the Talent Management Solutions
- Drive efficiencies and improvements in the functioning of the Talent Management Processes
- Drive the behavioral change requirements of the organization
- Develop the capability planning matrix (e.g. competency framework, grading, Job Analysis). Bring in best practices from other areas of the organization and externally in own area
- Build a pool of in house leaders and meet employee aspirations on career movements in line with business requirements.
- Subject matter expertise within a specific HR discipline with responsibility for multiple complex streams of activity and accountability
- Identify & plan improvements in human resources processes that help achieve organizational effectiveness. Ensure that Talent Management policies are up to date and aligned with business needs
- Manage & lead teams in own area and coach / mentor and develop more junior HR professionals. Inspire others with a performance of very high standards
- Monitor compliance for internal and external audits
- Demonstrate strong vendor management and relationships with external consultants. Quick to recognize emerging offerings in own area: lead efforts to develop collaterals and update work practices where appropriate
- Manage & lead teams in own area and coach / mentor and develop more junior HR professionals. Inspire others with a performance of very high standards
- MBA with 15 plus years or 12 plus years exp. from Premium MBA College preferred
