Program Manager - Talent Acquisition - (RPO-Client Facing Role)

Key Responsibilities :

- Providing daily direction and counsel on hiring activities

- Work collaboratively with talent acquisition team/recruiters to deliver on the roadmap/priorities

- Identify and develop process improvements for delivery efficiency.

- Team management, team reporting and analysis, defining & assisting in strategy development, participating in client meetings, and leading multiple Talent Acquisition projects simultaneously.

- Monitors the Talent Acquisition workflow and provides direction for prioritizing requisitions to ensure attainment of service level expectations.

- Providing training to the recruiters, ensuring that they stay current on best recruitment practices.

- Guides recruiters to optimize their capabilities and skills as Talent Advisors.

- Monitor and review the KPI dashboard to ensure adherence to milestones & metrics.

- Offers suggestions and innovative ideas towards the optimization of TA technology shared services and global ways of working to improve recruitment processes

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who fits the following description :

- You are inspirational and can evangelize a vision effectively to your team and senior-level stakeholders, influencing across boundaries to get to the right solutions

- You are data-driven and have a sense of pride in your experimental creativity and your analytics

- You can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and determine priorities based on what's most important to your customers

- You're self-motivated, action-oriented and can run with little direction and make sound decisions under conditions of uncertainty

- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with an ability to interact and develop networks in a professional manner across the business

- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, influencing & decision facilitation skills.

- Strong time management and prioritization capabilities, with the ability to multi-task and self-manage

- Should have worked on 500 requirements in a year

- Should have handled a big team size

- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics and trends

- Should be from BFSI/or IT hiring background

- Bachelor's/Master's degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of sound recruitment experience
