One of our clients, a Leading Privat Bank is looking out for Program Manager for their Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence Team to be based at Mumbai.
The ideal candidates should be a MBA in HR from reputed with 3-8 yrs experience of working in the COE Teams managing programs and strategies for Talent Acquisition domain.
Job Purpose :
- Ensuring alignment of Program strategy with business objectives and overall TA strategy
- Creating a best in industry Probationary Officers program and Joint Certification Program
- Creating a stable and well-qualified talent pipeline in collaboration with Program partners
- Refining quality of talent pipeline through strategy modifications, implementation of assessment & evaluation tools and internal support systems
- Ensuring alignment of Campus Recruitment strategy with business objectives and overall TA strategy
- Creating a stable and well-qualified talent pipeline in partnership with Campuses and Institutes
- Refining quality of talent pipeline through strategy modifications and implementation of assessment & evaluation tools
