Program Manager - Talent Acquisition

We are hiring Program Manager for a top MNC

Role: TA Program Manager

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Oversee multiple sourcing and recruitment programs and functions simultaneously by leveraging strong organizational and project management skill

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Manage Analytics

- Plan and implement growth strategies to develop new markets and expand business

- Prepare and present revenue forecast and variance analysis

- Strengthened vendor relationships and enhanced revenue streams by applying business development opportunities

- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Requirements:

- Proven working experience of at least 7 years

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
