Program Manager

FIRM : Well funded start up

LOCATION : Gurgaon

ROLE : PROGRAM MANAGER

Responsibilities :

- Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span across one or multiple teams

- Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include 360 degree view of the project and end to end implementation

- Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project and program life cycle

- Track and report project success criteria

- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence

Requirements :

- An individual contributor with 1-2 years of Analytics + Operations experience or similar experience in a start-up

- IIT graduates or MBA from top tier Institute with 1 or more years of related experience

- Ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time and build systems to perform

- A person who can independently build and scale new programs

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence

- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Advanced Excel/R/Python/SQL

- Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated the ability to work well with different stakeholders.
