Program Manager/Senior Program Manager - eCommerce

Job opportunities for the role of Program Manager/Senior Program Manager in Bangalore with E-Commerce company.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -

- In this role the person will be responsible for program management of products. He/she will be responsible for cross functional scheduling, planning & coordination, risk management, delivery tracking, and overall driving of all milestones for multiple products.

- The person should be a go-getter with ability to multi-task and stay on top of lot of things simultaneously.

- The person should be able to use MS Project or other such tools for project scheduling & tracking.

- The person should have good knowledge of a software product development life cycle.

- There will be a need to manage & develop the vendors. Also, handling dependencies in and out will be a key activity for the person hired on this position.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

- Total experience of 8+ years and a relevant experience of at least 6+yrs in Project/Program Management.

- Strong technical background and experience of working with cross-functional teams

- Experience managing and maintaining complex projects across multiple teams.

- Vendor management skills

- Proactive, flexible, and have impeccable follow through. Eagerly take on any tasks that need to be accomplished, keeping an open & positive attitude

- BE/BS degree in engineering (preferably Computer Science) required with a recent background in program/project management; MBA is a must and PMP/PgMP will be a plus

- Working closely with engineering to identify issues and resolve it with the vendors / product team
