Job Role : Program Manager / Senior Consultant

Reports To : Global Channel Sales & Activation Manager / Team

Summary :

- The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management of a global team of research & data analysts and data scientists. This team provides research, data analysis, and technical consulting services to the client.

- The Program Manager will work with the team to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective services that meet the needs of clients.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage the team's portfolio of program tasks and activities, ensuring that projects are aligned with the company's strategic goals and that resources are allocated effectively.

- Work with the client to understand their detailed business and technical needs, gather requirements and develop project plans that meet those needs.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and resolving issues.

- Provide leadership and direction to the team, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Represent the team to clients and other stakeholders with ability to effectively communicate and manage XFN interactions

- Prepare and deliver reports on the team's performance, progress and deliverables

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in research, data analysis, and technical consulting to execute continuous improvement to ongoing program workstreams

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in business administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.

- 7+ years of experience in a consulting or research role leading complex analytical / forecasting based high impact projects for top global brands, preferably in the retail and telecom domains

- Experience in presenting and stakeholder management at the C-Suite level

- Experience in managing a team of professionals to ensure quality output

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent client deadlines

- Strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

- Willingness to travel and work from the US for short stints in the client office
