Responsibilities : - Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies: Collaborate with senior management to define and execute strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and sales targets. - Data analysis and reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. - Sales enablement: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and tools that support the sector teams in effectively communicating our value proposition and winning new clients. Ensure sales representatives have the necessary resources and training to meet their targets. - Implement solutions to enhance productivity, accelerate sales cycles, and increase win rates. - Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, target segments, and potential risks. Requirements : - MBA (preferred premier institutes) - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Demonstrated ability to optimize sales processes, drive operational efficiency, and enhance sales and marketing performance.
