Program Manager - Research/CSR & Advocacy - NGO

This role entails the employee to manage the Research vertical including all different projects. It also includes preparing research papers, collecting data from various sources in projects and preparing useful Analytics to show the impact created by the company.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Drive & provide support to top management in creation of Research, CSR & Advocacy vertical strategies and translate them into operational plans to help achieve organizational goals

- Continuous development/ streamlining of existing processes through impact assessment and institution of new ones across all verticals of the company

- Develop annual budget for Research vertical including project-specific budgets and administer expenditure within approved budget limits

- Drive pilot testing in various identified sectors along with various stakeholders to translate research and action reports into field projects

- Responsible for managing the entire workforce of Research vertical and assist in support process for the same like recruitment, performance management, training etc.

- Create and disseminate insightful research and identify platforms for publication and presentation of the same

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including, administrative and political leaders, current and potential donors, partners, media, volunteers etc.

- Submit timely & proactive reporting to the top management for all Research, CSR & Advocacy vertical activities

- Expand the company's reach by designing, creating and executing research projects in new civic and environmental sectors identified by the management & identify and propose new areas for research projects

- Develop and implement quality control strategies

- Generate awareness about the milestones & achievements of Research, CSR & Advocacy vertical of the company through various platforms like conferences, research papers etc.

- Prepare reports (Weekly/ monthly) for Project status updates for internal stakeholders
