Program Manager - Recruitment (RPO) - eCommerce client


Requirement

1. Experience: Non-IT recruiter with 3-6 years' experience.

2. Qualification: Graduation (full-time), preferably MBA

3. Recruiter preferably from service industry or consultancy. Preference would be given to candidates done hiring for internet / ecommerce / FMCG domain.

4. Includes 80% stakeholder management & recruitment coordination

5. Should be based out of Bangalore (near Shanti Nagar) or open to commute on daily basis

6. Duration: 3-6 months (may extend as per requirement)

Responsibilities:

- The primary responsibility of the Program Manager is managing the stakeholders to ensure the positions are closed within timelines

- The individual is required to analyse the requirement and plan for fulfillment

- The individual has to manage interview coordination for all the assigned projects

- The individual must ensure timely closures and must communicate / escalate issues to Hiring Managers that may impact the deadlines and also suggest viable solutions by utilising various metrics.

- Coordinating with internal sourcing team of Silvereople and Hiring Managers of the client to ensure the right sourcing

- Ensuring all Resource requirements are met within specified TAT

- Ensuring that all Policy & processes are followed while closing positions

Skills

- Strong analytical skills, should be able to create and present dashboards

- Excellent communication skills

- Should possess ability to work under pressure

- Strong MS Office skills
