Designation Program Manager - PGPM/PGDM Programs
Location: Gurgaon campus.
No. of vacancy : 2 nos.
Program manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of the on-campus Management programme offered by the Institute .
Key responsibilities include -
1. Ownership of program office activities covering all aspects of program delivery and participants - learning experience
2. Handle all academic operations related to the course.
3. Being the first point contact for participants, troubleshoot queries and manage attendance.
4. Assisting program director in planning and preparing schedules, evaluation, grading and coordinating with faculty (including senior professionals from the industry)
5. Monitoring participants- performance in the program and escalating cases when needed.
6. Collating course outlines, learning material and grades from faculty
7. Preparing term-wise results and final consolidated results
8. Ensure smooth conduct of examinations.
9. Ensure infrastructure and technology readiness during classroom
10. Coordinating between departments relating to students activities on and off campus.
Qualification and experience requirements
1. MBA with 4+ years work experience
2. Minimum 2 yrs of prior work experience in program management, academic operations or administration in education, training or learning & development organizations is compulsory.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Quick learner with a strong track record of attention to detail and customer satisfaction
5. Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
