Looking for Program Manager (Operations) with a leading political consulting firm.

Location : Gurgaon

Position:-

We are looking for an experienced Program Management Manager who can provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways to excel on-ground projects. He/she will also oversee the progress of operations. He/she should be good at interpretation and reporting of data. The person must have an eye for detail.

About the Role:-

Planning and designing the project and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders right from Lok Sabha Support Executive to different department heads to give inquisitive insights into project performance

- Strategize and ideate long term and short term action plan for the clients, along with the senior management

- Create reports having multiple insights backed by on ground data to ensure smooth running of projects across domains

- Showcase proactive stakeholder management to ensure long-term relationship of the firm with our clients at the state and national level

Desired Profile:-

- Undergraduate / postgraduate from a premier institute (IIT, NIT, DU, BITS, IIM, ISB, etc.)

- Should have 3-5 years of experience in Program Manager in e-commerce, hospitality startup

- Comfortable working with Microsoft office tools like advanced MS-Excel, MS-Word, Powerpoint

- Should have prior experience to analyze and report large data sets

- High intent of getting things done

- Strong work ethics

- Strong Team Player
