An IT Services co. urgently needs a senior professional with: - Strong (latest) experience of about 5 years in leading implementation & support of Microsoft Office 365 suite engagements for clients across global locations, as a Program Manager or Engagement Leader, handling account management, delivery/project managers, technical support teams and client contacts & end-users on a day-in day-out/round-the-clock basis - Preceding experience (of 5 years or so) in leading manged services projects that involved supporting IT systems & products at client organizations (MNC clients), catering to a large end-user base spread over multiple international geographies. Should have acted as a Project Manager during this part of career for at least 3 years - Initial career experience as an application development/maintenance engineer, involving in custom developed/packaged software applications. This should have been for at least a good min. 5 years i.e. until the candidate started playing a Technology Lead/Project Lead's role for a couple of years before assuming a Project Manager's role While the immediate requirement is of a Program Manager for a large, multi-million dollar annuity engagement that the co. has recently bagged, suitable senior professionals could be considered for heading-up this practice (i.e. as Practice Head) by the co., given the fact that this business is growing and needs a lot of exclusive focus to build further & scale-up as a prominent practice within the Microsoft Business Unit at the co.
