We're seeking a Program Manager. In this role you will be responsible for Setting up the delivery infrastructure in a region. You will work with Service partner (SP) to setup the location and infrastructure required as per the business demand for the region.  Essential Functions:  - Identify right service partners and working closely with them to make them understand requirements.  - Maintain relationship with the service partners and bring in new partners based on business demand.  - Working on ramping up and down capacity as per business demand to account for peak and off-peak requirement.  - Coordinate with stakeholders in first mile and line haul teams to ensure, adequate coordination to ensure business deliverable.  - Monitor performance of the Service Partner and give feedback on quality and customer experience issues.  - Look at escalations and do deep dive to identify the root cause and create long term solutions.  - Work on productivity improvement and cost saving initiatives with the service partners.  - Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance standard. Initiates improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.  - Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve the performance.  Essential Skills:  - Strong leadership capabilities and people/partner management skills  - Ability to work under pressure situations  - Ability to work in ambiguous situations.  - Good communication skills. Ability to communicate and explain to individuals & the team. Listening skills: Gains input and commitment from all involved in delivering their specific part.  - Ability to set and achieve timelines for tasks: Set realistic and stretching performance expectations for self and others. Regularly reviews progress and acts to ensure optimal results for the business.  - Strong Bias for great customer service: Engage with the service partners in developing their understanding of Customer Experience and knowledge of what Customers actually needs/expects.  - High Ownership: Follows through to ensure the delivery of changes/solutions/services that fulfill the Customer's needs.  - Analytical Skills: Effectively analyze and interpret information, identifying & validating the key facts, including reviewing alternatives to determine advantages and associated risks.  Qualifications:  Graduation. MBA desirable.  - 5+ years of experience, logistics experience preferred   - 2+ years of People/Partner management experience.
