Program Manager - Livelihoods Segment - NGO

-T o Plan and Lead all activities related to planning, roll-out, management and monitoring & evaluation activities for programs for first time job seekers, fresh College graduates, unemployed youth.

- Responsible for all key project deliverables like Household & Beneficiary studies, Community & Employer network building, Enrolments, Placements, and Retention in Jobs

- Lead the Mobilization and Outreach activities

- Lead the Placement and Employer-connect activities

- Lead the project Monitoring & Evaluation activities.
