Program Manager Lead, Strategic Programs - IIT/IIM/ISB + 8 -15 Yrs Exp


- Leadership : Setting up processes and systems to scale the org and its effectiveness.

- Be the mentor and invest in the growth of the Program Management pod within the Strategy team, identify hiring needs and own hiring end to end in your area.

- Program Management of Strategic Projects : Lead program definition, scoping and execution of assigned Program(s), which are made up of multiple projects, ensuring critical success factors are defined and monitored and the business objectives are achieved.

- Being responsible for project prioritization decisions, leveraging data to drive decisions for growth and business efficiency and achieving tactical goals while retaining a strategic focus.

- Working with BU and Function Heads : You will spearhead OKR execution and delivery with the help of your team. You will be working closely with the org leaders and CXOs to track OKR achievements on a regular basis and keep action owners honest on timely execution of corrective measures.

- Strong Bias to Action : High bias to action is a key cornerstone for the Senior Program Manager role.

- You will be a problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.

- Relationship and Stakeholder Management : Establish excellent working relations with all internal and external partners with an emphasis on removing roadblocks for program success. Work with the founders and CXOs to drive initiatives aligned to the long term vision and Short term operating strategy.

Required Skills :

- Self-starter with a strong bias to action and good communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

- Strong data and process orientation.

- Extensive experience defining programs and implementing them across a cross-functional team focused on delivering outcomes that meet rapidly evolving customer needs.

- Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, technical leaders, external partners, and developers.

- A proven ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.

- Prior experience in team management is preferred.
