Program Manager - Last Mile

Role: Program Manager

Qualification: Minimum B. Tech or B.Sc

Experiences: Minimum 2 Years

Tentative JD:

1. Managed Last Mile Delivery network for e commerce shipments, handling, multiple locations, team leaders and the ground couriers or field executives.

2. managed the Costing in Operating Expenses for the field ops and driven productivity improvement projects for cost efficiencies

3. Design, Implement and track KIP's of Courier/3PL & Network Strategy based on a rapid scale of built-up cost efficiencies.

4. Completely owns & lead new Project/Program initiatives - Design systems & SOP around new initiatives, Pilot & Implementation with continuous KPI Tracking & RoIe of the Initiatives.

8. Use excel / spreadsheets with heavy data for micro level analysis to find defects / inefficiencies / risks basis deep knowledge of Supply Chain business
