Program Manager - Java Stack - Internet/Online

Role:

Own service delivery, client management and farming for a large account/region/Tech Stack

Key responsibilities:

- Take complete ownership of product roadmap and develop product release plans in alignment with business strategy & customer needs

- Direct the activities of teams and functions responsible for the design, development, testing, integration, deployment, support, and maintenance of the agile development.

- Partner with the Business, Product Management, and IT in the definition, sizing, and prioritization of initiatives, creation of the portfolio roadmap, and product solution delivery

- Lead the execution of technology strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships.

- Anticipate and react to major technology changes to ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape.

- Establish Technical standards and ensure Quality adherence for product development and support operations

- Developing annual team goals & drive initiatives to raise the bar on product SLAs

- Establish team metrics for success measurement

- Assist business in product launches & customer adoption

Mandatory requirements:

- Extensive experience in Open source technologies with hands on previous experience in PHP and MySQL.

- Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and provide cutting edge solutions to the market.

- Should have worked in a product organization in the capacity of Engineering manager or above

- Experience in SCRUM based product development

- Should have managed a team of at least 25 people including experience in managing outsourced relationships.
