This role is for an IT Product (Saas) company (MNC). We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organise and coordinate engineering programs. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the head of engineering. The person will be responsible for tracking progress, performance metrics, team deliverables and release timelines of the products being developed by the engineering team. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organisation. Duties of this role includes- - Formulating, organising and monitoring inter-connected projects - Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives - Tracking of key metrics - Coordinating cross-project activities - Communicating with the teams - Highlighting risks, performance, dependencies, defects and delays to stakeholders - Develop and controls and deadlines - Assess program performance, track how metrics are moving over time and aim to maximise ROI - Resolve projects- higher scope issues.
