Program Manager - IT Foundation Services_ Female Candidates only  IT Foundation Services Manager - Female Candidates - Program Manager  Opportunity for a British- Dutch multi national company based organization.  Position: IT Foundation Services Manager_Female Candidates only  Exposure needed : IT Infrastructure.  Experience Needed: 18+ Years   Roles and Responsibilities:  - End-to-end accountable for IT operations and support delivery for the portfolio, including when part of the execution is with other parts of the IT organisation.  - Ensure that end-to-end performance is monitored and maintained to high level of quality, standards, supportability and operability as defined within negotiated and agreed SLAs and to propose and implement necessary Service Improvements.  - Ensure the portfolio is compliant with the relevant IT controls and information security standards & baselines  - Be the ultimate sign off point for bringing project developments successfully into operational support.  - Own and manage the operational budget for the portfolio. (licenses/contracts, infrastructure etc)  - Agree the Operating Plan with the Business Interface function for the landscapes, and manage any changes to the Operating Plan  - Translate the need for new services into written Service Level Agreements and Service Catalogues in a consistent way  - Develop and maintain resource plan for all support resources; make and justify resource estimates in meeting of the demand requests. Align the resource plan with the IT Future Footprint and strategic sourcing goals. Perform HR management.  - Support the IT Operations LT to effectively represent the Operate organization to the Business Stakeholders, Business CIOs and other stakeholders.  Qualifications and Skills :   - 17+ years of experience in an IT application support environment supporting critical business applications.  - Mastery in infrastructure landscapes including underlying infrastructure concepts  - Mastery in IT service support, operation & design processes (ITIL)  - Proven record of leading Operational IT Teams  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  - Strong supplier management skills  - Experience with operations in a global, virtual cross cultural organization, working in different time zones.
