Responsibilities

- Manage deliverables from multiple component projects to schedule with competing priorities simultaneously.

- Drive Design, development and implementation of requested changes to program components by working with hardware, electronics, embedded software, applications, supply chain, and manufacturing leads.

- Identify and drive closure on issues and gaps as well as maintain focus on continuous improvement.

- Ensure the scalability, performance, reliability, and manufacturability issues across the depth and breadth of the integrated architecture through the respective functional leads.

- Manage stakeholder deliverables and expectations, including coordination of departmental or cross-functional/cross-organizational teams as well as communication within the organization.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of customers and customer environment.

- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the legal compliance process, how to apply it and ensure that legal risks.

Minimum Qualifications

- 7+ years of total professional experience with 4+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager in a product/enterprise company with having great exposure in Scrum/Agile methodologies.

- Ability to define, develop and clearly articulate requirements.

- Strong communication skills, ability to clearly convey technical content to both engineering and business stakeholders.

- Prior experience leading programs in a product development environment

- Ability to thrive in a start-up culture, a high degree of flexibility in taking ownership of a diverse set of tasks and deliverables to meet overall team goals

- Ability to influence and drive results across functional, organizational, and geographic boundaries.
