Role Context : The Program Manager will have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of all WF level programs (strategic and tactical) that are driven by the COO and the Foundation Management. This role demands that the individual be a self-starter and display high levels of ownership. Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Collate and track all actions driven by Foundation top management to various programs/geographies 2. Drive strategic actions and make sure they complete in a timely manner by the respective owners 3. Make sure all these are documented, tracked and completed (to desired output) - For strategic programs, ensure solid project plan is created and executed to develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress 4. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility 5. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget 6. Ensure resource availability and allocation 7. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques 8. Design and develop measurement systems and Business Intelligent dashboards for critical indicators of a project / program 9. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels 10. Track WF Performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals 11. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members 12. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to documents needs 13. Send communication proactively and effectively to all to keep information flow 14. Select, use and promote tools to knowledge share, action track, project plan and collaborate. Skills, Qualification & Experience : 1. Proven working experience in Program management 2. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skill 4. Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills 5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 6. Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus 7. Experience with PM tools like MS Project, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams 8. Experience in designing and developing dashboards on Power BI 9. Efficient in creating Power Point deck for senior leadership 10. Strong follow up skills with and ability to push leaders and their teams to document plan measure and progress 11. Ability to proactively spot risk of delays 12. Ability to spot interdependencies 13. Sense of urgency, Skill to know when to expedite and when decelerate if quality is suffering 14. Bachelor's Degree, ideally Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
