Program Manager/Inventory Manager - eCommerce Industry - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (1-4 yrs)

Looking for someone having experience into Program management/Inventory Managemente from FMCG / E-COMMERCE industry into Demand and supply domain preferably. The candidate will own the charter for ideating, planning and delivery .

1. The resource has to idea the program charter and keep on improving the same, influence and liaise with key stakeholders to implement initiatives on the program.

2. The resource has to identify sellers for the program and work with stakeholders to convince the sellers to be a part of the program by preparing pitch decks, holding webinars and influencing key stakeholder in the company

3. The resource has to work with product and technology team to build the required features for the smooth implementation of the program.

4. Work continuously on increasing share and improving quality of the fulfilment mode.

5. Review with the senior leadership to showcase progress .

6. Work on all the metrics to ensure continuous improvement

7. Work closely with internal quality, inventory planning teams to ensure continuity of the program.

8. Will be responsible to add selection and increase business share for these programs .

9. Have to ensure that quality standards are defined and delivered for products sold via these programs.

10. Build policies, frameworks and guardrails to influence all of the above.
