Program Manager (Industrial products / Machines)

Experience: Overall 10-15 years (with min.5 years in Program/Project Management) in a Product Development Company working on multi-domain/multi-disciplinary industrial products.

Qualification: BE (preferably in EEE, Mech, Matl. Sci./Engr, E&C, Instrumentation & Control)

Job Role:

a) Responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-impact projects and programs that drive the growth and success of a product incubator/accelerator.

b) Responsible for managing the end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.

c) Liaison between different teams, internal/external stakeholders, and senior management to align the program objectives with the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understanding the target markets and customer needs, setting program goals and objectives, and developing a long-term roadmap for the program.

2. Working closely with multiple design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to deliver products/projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

c) Defining and Managing the program management process including tracking progress against the roadmap, managing the program backlog of features and enhancements, and ensuring the program is delivered on time and within budget.

d) Analyzing program metrics, customer feedback, and market trends, and using this information to identify areas for improvement and inform future program decisions.

e) Working closely with investors, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure the program meets their needs and achieves business objectives.

f) Managing the allocation of resources (people, equipment, and budget) to ensure the program is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

g) Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure the program is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
