Program Manager - HR Technology - KPO (7-10 yrs)
Qualification: Graduate/Master's degree preferred in Computer Science/BE/B.Tech/MCA
We are looking for HR Tech Program Manager to help build and scale up our HR technology platform of SAP SuccessFactors, which is a critical part of our company's Strategic HR objectives.
- The focus of the role will be to understand companys HR Group's technical requirements & converting them into specific results in terms of further building modules/working on enhancement requests as part of SAPs HCM suite.
- The role will help to identify areas of improvement where possible and work in close liaison with SAP and/or PoIT (technology service partners).
- Critical focus of the role will be to closely program/project manage the deliverables & SAP/technical service providers proactively and in a timely manner, so as to help adhere to the overall group's project timelines, implementation of changes and the execution.
- This is a people manager role & will report into Group HR Shared Services Director & is part of the HR Shared services team.
