Program Manager - HR Projects & Initiatives - Management Consulting (6-12 yrs)

We are looking for HR Manager (OD & CM) with our client which is one of the top management-consulting firms in the world and one of the most prestigious employers in the industry. They advise their clients on : strategies, marketing, IT, private equity, operations, merger & acquisition etc. across all industries and locations. They have global presence with 63 offices in 38 countries.


POSITION : PROGRAM MANAGER, HR PROJECTS & INITIATIVES (New role)


POSITION SUMMARY :

This is a key lead role in the HR team, involves working closely with the Senior Manager HR and Vice President HR on a leading and program managing all people initiatives for their office. This would include a varied set of programs pertaining to OD, people connect, retention, new hire integration, alumni engagement, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :

1. Lead initiatives that support the offices multi-year people advocacy objectives, including but not limited to diversity, employee engagement, integration, retention. Conceptualize, implement and monitor progress of key people initiatives for their office (below is an indicative list (not exhaustive) of people programs, the individuals role would entail managing all people related initiatives:

a) Connectedness - Structure a cadence for individual HRBP connect sessions and track the progress. Reporting back a pull up on key insights/flags from class and suggest potential actionable. Have a pulse of the consulting class through various touchpoints (check in with class captains, individual connects, etc.). Drive connectedness at office and class level through various events.

b) Employee Retention - Own and execute initiative pertaining to retention and career conversations. Monthly analysis of exit conversations and attrition data. Suggest key interventions to strengthen retention.

c) New Hire Integration - Drive the new hire integration program. Provide oversight and track actionable items from industry hire connects, new joiner, survey, etc. Plan and execute initiatives pertaining to new hire integration welcome to campus hires, industry hire onboarding, etc.

d) Alumni Engagement - Drafting and managing alumni engagement initiatives

2. Provide thought leverage on existing initiatives and identify key priority areas for change/improvement

3. Act as the sounding board on issues related to HR initiatives and class programs for the HR LT and for team on any office level communication.

4. Provide support to HR SM & HR VP on projects/critical meetings (E.g., Partner updates, Special projects on compensation, office re-opening)

7. Demonstrates high degree of professionalism and maturity

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Postgraduate from a reputed institute

2. Relevant work experience, preferably in HR consulting or HR OD/Engagement role

3. Experience in a professional services environment
