Program Manager - Founder's Office - Strategic Initiatives - IIM/ISB (2-5 yrs)
Role:
- Ideate, originate and lead strategic initiatives end-to-end
- Incubate and run pilots, leveraging digital/social marketing to build traction
- Own P&L for the new initiative, and develop growth roadmap
- Define Goals/KPIs for the initiative, and track progress against goals
- Build cross-functional consensus and drive organizational implementation
- Own the BU as the business scales
Requirement:
- IIM / ISB graduate with 2yrs to 6 yrs years of project/program management experience in a fintech startup
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Good understanding & knowledge of financial models, digital marketing & contracts
- Ability to coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
