Your Responsibilities: - Formulate, Initiate and drive key strategic initiatives to grow lending partnerships - Organize marketing activations & events with a focus on lending partners, regulators, and key influencers - Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners on the liabilities side - Work closely with city and operations teams in the formulation of execution strategy - Liaise with the regional and zonal heads of the lending partners to drive new initiatives and also iron out operational hassles - Own and report business metrics timely with the lending partners and set the future course of the business growth Apply If: - You have a management/engineering degree from a tier-1 Institute - You have 1+ years of program management experience - You are a hustler / go-getter with high analytical & problem solving ability - You thrive in a dynamic environment with changing goals and responsibilities - You have high levels of motivation & energy to ensure relevant goals are achieved
