Program Manager - FinTech - IIT/NIT/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job Description:

- Create an ongoing program for different lending partners on the platform as per their needs and strategic importance

- Prioritize and detail out key strategic initiatives from execution perspective

- Liaise with the central teams of the lenders to drive new initiatives and iron out operational hassles

- Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners.

Experience:

- Work experience of 3+ years

- Previous program/project management experience is necessary

- Hands on experience in a startup/own venture is a plus

Qualifications/Desired Attributes:

- Education: Engineering degree from IITs/NITs or Management degree from a Tier-1 institute

- Good communication skills and relationship management

- Hustler with a go-getter attitude

- Ability to work in dynamic environment with changing goal posts and responsibilities

- High levels of motivation, energy & drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved
