Program Manager - FinTech

- Candidate should have 6-8 years of experience in managing product and process, preferably for a Fintech

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience in designing and understanding consumer journey while keeping the process RBI compliant

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop product and process and make necessary presentation

- Should have the expertise to communicate business concepts to technical audience

- Should have driven continuous improvement of operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes through industry benchmarking

- Responsible for making necessary changes in the product or process to manage portfolio quality

- Would be responsible for account reconciliation with the business partner

- Devise sales and marketing plan along with the business partners

- Lead the complete cycle of business acquisition, service delivery and business expansion

- Achieve financial targets by effectively generating new business by identifying prospects and convert in line with TMFL objectives

- Structure appropriate business mix and ensure the targeted profitability for each account within the permissible credit limit

- Work with Risk / Finance team to ensure pricing of the product
