Program Manager - Financial Domain - IT Firm (12-21 yrs)
Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality outcomes, based on contractual terms as agreed with clients for large programs
- Deliver on business goals by defining best practices and streamlining processes across program
- Drive initiatives across multiple businesses & functions to understand the business problems and build optimized solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Heads and functional experts to brainstorm, design & co-innovate best in class solutions to generate significant business growth & cost impact.
- Serve as client interface for contract negotiations or change of scope of work
- Handle complex and large transitions and be a strategic partner in influencing decisions for the future
- Handle multiple projects/products in parallel for different customers in different regions and time zones.
- Make decisions that will help clients achieve their business outcomes
- Set schedule and budgets for all programs so as to ensure completion and success
- Measure ROI for the entire program
- Track budgets, margins, schedule, resource utilization and issues for the program
- Responsible for project governance and proactively mitigate and communicate risks/issues to respective stakeholders
- Design and deliver new technology experiences for clients
Qualifications :
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in preferably IT companies
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading large programs for global clients
- Strong domain capability in financial services
